Who we are

Siloam Online Cyber Services is a cyber café and digital services centre in Murang'a Town, run by Peterson Wanjema Maina. We exist because government and digital services in Kenya are important — and often confusing.

KRA returns, eCitizen applications, SHA registration, HELB loans, KUCCPS placement: these are things people must get right, on portals that are not always easy to use. We do them for you, correctly, while you wait — or fully online if you can't come to us.

What we believe

• Honesty first. We show prices upfront and tell you when a government fee is separate.
• Real presence. We are a physical shop in Murang'a Town. You can walk in and talk to a person.
• Your data stays yours. Documents are handled by our staff only and deleted when the work is done.
• No job too small. One photocopy or a full company registration — same care.

We are a private business and are not affiliated with or endorsed by KRA, eCitizen, NTSA, SHA, NSSF, HELB or any government body. We help you use their official portals correctly and follow up on your behalf.
