Our role

Siloam Online Cyber Services is a private business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of KRA, eCitizen, NTSA, SHA, NSSF, HELB, KUCCPS, KNEC, TSC, BRS or any other government body. We assist you in using their official portals and processes correctly.

Service fees and government fees

• Prices shown on this site are our service charges for assistance.
• Government fees (for example passport fees, certificate fees or statutory filing fees) are always separate and payable to the relevant agency. We will tell you the exact amounts before you pay.
• Where a service involves variable work, the confirmed fee is agreed on WhatsApp or at the counter before work begins.

Timelines

We complete our part of most services the same day. Where a service depends on a government agency or third party (passport processing, certificates, approvals), we cannot guarantee their timelines, but we follow up and keep you informed.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us true and correct information and documents. Government rejections caused by incorrect client details may require a new application and fee.

Refunds

Our service fee is refundable only where work has not started on your request. Fees already paid to a government agency on your behalf are generally not refundable by us or the agency.

Passwords and security

We will never ask for your account passwords, PINs or OTP codes through this website. Any credentials needed for a service are handled per-service on WhatsApp and never stored beyond the job.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services for fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose. We may decline or stop work that appears unlawful.
