Is Siloam Online Cyber Services a government office?
No. We are a private business in Murang'a Town that helps you use government and digital services such as KRA iTax, eCitizen, SHA, NSSF and HELB. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. Government fees are separate from our service charge.
How do I request a service?
Tap the WhatsApp button or fill in our request form with the service you need. We reply within a few minutes during opening hours, tell you what documents are needed and the exact cost, then get started once you confirm.
Do I have to come to the shop in person?
No. Most services can be done fully online — send your details on WhatsApp and receive your document or confirmation by phone, email or WhatsApp. You are also welcome to visit our cyber café in Murang'a Town.
How do I pay?
We accept M-Pesa and NCBA bank payments. Payment details are shared when we confirm your request, and we will always confirm the amount before you pay. Government fees (for example passport or certificate fees) are paid separately.
How long does a service take?
Many services — such as KRA PIN retrieval, nil returns and eCitizen account help — are done the same day, often within the hour. Services that depend on government processing (like passports and good conduct certificates) follow the agency's own timelines.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only ask for the documents needed for your specific service, we never ask for your passwords or PINs on this website, and your files are handled by our staff only and deleted once the job is done.
What do I need for KRA returns?
For employment returns you need your KRA PIN and P9 form from your employer. For nil returns you only need your KRA PIN and National ID. Bring or send them and we file while you wait.
Where are you located and when are you open?
We are in Murang'a Town. Open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Call or WhatsApp 0724 791707 before visiting.
