Our commitment to handling your personal information responsibly under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Independent service provider
Siloam Online Cyber Services is a private cyber café and digital services centre in Murang'a Town. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of KRA, eCitizen, NTSA, SHA, NSSF, HELB, KUCCPS, BRS, or any government body. We assist you in using official portals; your data is submitted to those agencies only as part of completing the service you requested.
Our data protection commitment
We collect and use personal information only to perform the service you ask for, in line with the principles of the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 — lawful, minimal and transparent processing.
We collect only the details needed for your request (name, phone number, service details and any documents you share).
Your documents are used solely for the service requested and shared only with the agency or institution that service requires.
Working documents are deleted once your job is complete; contact records are kept briefly for follow-up and accounting, then deleted.
We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your passwords, iTax/eCitizen PINs, OTP codes or M-Pesa PIN through this website, email or any webpage. M-Pesa payments are completed through the official Safaricom STK Push prompt on your own phone — your M-Pesa PIN is entered only on your phone and is never seen, requested or stored by us.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to request its deletion where we have no legal reason to keep it, and to object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, call or WhatsApp us on 0724 791707 and we will respond within 7 days.
Raising a concern
If you believe your personal data has been mishandled, contact us first on 0724 791707 so we can resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Kenya.
